Sterility Guarantee.
No bag exits the facility without a post-cycle hold window designed to surface latent bloom risk. If custody criteria are met and a verified failure occurs within 30 days of arrival, a replacement batch is issued.
Coverage Applies When
- ✓Contamination is reported within 30 calendar days of carrier-delivered date.
- ✓Original custody controls are preserved (seal intact on arrival and documented handoff).
- ✓Evidence package is complete and links the failure to a single batch ID.
Coverage Does Not Apply When
- ✗Container was opened, punctured, or transferred before documentation was captured.
- ✗Storage conditions exceeded labeled handling limits after delivery.
- ✗Evidence cannot be tied to the shipped batch ID.
Evidence Requirements
- ✓Manifest Card with visible batch ID and intact wax-seal state
- ✓High-resolution image of contamination evidence
- ✓Photo of package condition on arrival if transport damage is suspected
Claim Processing Expectations
- - Intake confirmation within 1 business day.
- - Evidence review decision target within 3 business days.
- - Approved claims are replaced from the next qualified release window.
Remedy scope is replacement of verified affected units. This policy does not create a guarantee of downstream cultivation yield.
