Custody Receipt Protocol (Customer Side)

→Inspect external carton for crush, puncture, or moisture intrusion before opening.
→Photograph all visible transit damage before breaking inner seals.
→Verify Manifest Card presence and wax-seal integrity immediately after unboxing.
→If custody failure is observed, stop use and email lab@cynicandspore.com with order reference and photos.
