Altitude Compensation — 4,984 ft
Our sterilization parameters are explicitly compensated for our operating altitude. At 4,984 ft, 15 PSI autoclave pressure yields 118.3°C — not 121°C. We run a product-specific hold window validated to F₀ ≥ 120. Sea-level timing assumptions applied at elevation produce inadequate lethality.
Grain hydration and mineral buffering are validated per batch before release to reduce variability during colonization.
