Every unit ships with a Manifest Card carrying a QR code. Scan the QR code or navigate directly to /batch/[BATCH-ID] to access the thermal integration log, F₀ lethality value, sterilization parameters, and the name of the operator who signed off on your batch. This data is immutable once published.
Batch Evidence Access
Use your shipped Batch ID to open the exact certificate at /batch/[BATCH-ID]. Public ledger entries are available below.

Altitude Compensation — 4,984 ft
Our sterilization parameters are explicitly compensated for our operating altitude. At 4,984 ft, 15 PSI autoclave pressure yields 118.3°C — not 121°C. We run a product-specific hold window validated to F₀ ≥ 120. Sea-level timing assumptions applied at elevation produce inadequate lethality.
Kits are assembled from validated component batches and inherit the strictest applicable QA release window.
